Manage User PIN change
RESET PIN enables the current user to access set/reset their personal PIN.
This personal pin can be used to gain access to the Charity Suite App as opposed to the user keying in their email address and password each time they want to log into the App.
Each Organisation will set up their organisation specific PIN management settings which are managed via the Charity Suite Portal under Organisation Settings-->Security page.
To gain access to set/reset the user PIN, the user must first log into the Charity Suite portal (from within the App), using their email and password. Once this information has been entered correctly the PIN can be configured to your organisation's specification using their preferred PIN length size.
Once a user has setup their PIN, they will be able to reactivate the Charity Suite App after a period of inactivity by entering their PIN on the PIN lock screen.
Rather than having to re-enter their email and password and thus speeding up the reactivation time of the Charity Suite App.
The PIN lock screen will show the email address of the person currently logged into the Charity Suite App.
If at the PIN lock screen, should you wish to login as a different person, select the option LOGIN WITH DIFFERENT ACCOUNT and select the correct user from the list provided, before entering the PIN for the selected user.
If the user is not in the recently signed in list, select the option I'M NOT ON THE LIST SELECT OTHER SIGN IN OPTION to enter your valid email address and password. You will then be added to the recently signed in list and able to use PIN security moving forward.
If PIN security is NOT enabled within your organisation, the default PIN lock screen is shown after a period of inactivity. This does not show the email address of the person currently logged into the Charity Suite App.
