Attachments

Attachments are associated to Declarations, Items, Persons, Purchase Orders, Till Floats and Vans. A handy page has been put together to allow viewing of these attachments with links to the respective association.

The filters at the top of the page can be used to drill down to find the attachment of interest.

Attachments can be made when 

• declarations relation to donor sign ups

• items capturing images of the condition of the items being donation such as scratches, missing parts, date cleaned, passed for resale,  etc.

• persons signatures are captures when completing forms

• details of all the items pertaining to a purchase order in the form of a csv download

• capturing health and safety details of the location where the till float is being opened or closed

• vans capturing details such as milege and condition of the van when completing forms.

Using the filters to reduce the results on the list page, attachments can be viewed to a finer level of detail.

The resultant attachment can be downloaded if necessary.
