Manage all aspects of your organisations regions
Selecting Regions from the left side main menu you can see all the regions in your organisation.
New Regions can be created using the action button. Should you have lots of regions you can use the Name search should you wish to limit the results displayed in the table.
From the action button you can create a new region. You must enter a Name and Description of the region. There are two optional sections to add contact details and address details. Click the down arrow to access these sections and add the data relating to the new region.
Once you have added the region details you can save the changes by pressing SUBMIT or undo by pressing RESET which will reset the form allowing you to start fresh with the new region creation.
You can select to VIEW an area from the manage regions table, and subsequently EDIT the area details via the action buttons.
All the details of the region can be edited. And like new region creation, a valid Name must be entered. The two optional sections can be edited by clicking the down arrow to access the contact and address details of the area.
Once you have edited the region details as necessary, you can save the changes by pressing SUBMIT or undo by pressing RESET which will reset the form to the original region details before any changes made by you.
The action of deleting a region will be confirmed before being committed to the database.
