MicroMkt Charity Suite Portal Reports
From the Charity Suite portal you are able to report on the main areas of your charity from the Dashboards menu option. You can use the date pickers to scroll through the weekly data, selecting the tab for the main area you are interested in.
From the main left hand side menu, the Donors & Donations option takes you to two report tabs for Donors and Donations:-
Overview of donors signed up, amounts of items donated and total sales made from donated items and
Details of the donors subscribed along with the percentages of those donors who have elected to join email/mail/phone marketing.
There are filters available to limit the search results presented in your report.
The table of at the bottom of the Donors Subscribed report gives you the name and address of each donor and by scrolling to the right on the table, you can see visually which of these donors have elected to subscribe to your different marketing channels.
There is also the ability to download your report to CSV (Comma Separated Value) file or Excel file by clicking the three dots to the right of the table of donor details.
Your charity may use the Charity Suite's Logistics module. If so, you can see an overview of your logistics operations or drill down in the tabs to report on your Vans, or Jobs.
There are filters available to limit the search results presented in your report.
The Vans report details the number of vans in operation within your logistics wing, with a table showing the status of jobs, the van tasked with the job and the donor contact details. Any additional notes to be relayed to the driver can be seen here also.

The Jobs report details the number of jobs along with the type of job (i.e. collection or delivery) and their status. There three sections of this report are relative to today Vs yesterday, this week V's last week and this month V's last month.

The overview of the organisations point of sale report not only gives you the total net sales and refunds, it also details the total in gift aid sales and the gift aid conversion rate. It also reports some useful averages and there are various tabs available for you to drill deeper into the data.
If your organisation has set up Budgets, the graphs and data below it track the actual amounts against the budget set.

The PERFORMANCE tab, visually represents the total sales between the selected dates, along with total sales broken down by inventory category and the number of items sold in each of your inventory categories.

There are also useful bar charts detailing the total sales and number of sales each hour. These are especially useful in devising staff rotas to ensure you have enough staff for the busiest hours of the day.
The WEEKLY VIEW and MONTHLY VIEW tabs, give you details of the totals sales value for each day of the week or month, along with the number of sales and the average item value in each sale. If you have set up budgets,, the report also highlight sales (in green) over the budget or under the budget (in red).
NOTE: Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the table to scroll to the right and access the data fully.

The RANKING tab, gives you details of the totals sales value for each location. Showing the top 10 and the bottom 10 stores with their percentage either over or under budget.

The RANKING tab, also gives you very useful information relating to the top and bottom selling inventory categories based on the number of items sold. You are also able to drill down to see the monetary value of the top and bottom selling items. This report can be particularly useful in determining future marketing strategies.
The SALES tab, shows total sales transactions for each of your locations, with a further break down of the totals for each type of tender, for example cash or card.

The SOLD ITEMS by Tag tab, enables a breakdown showing in both bar chart format and item rankings, the top selling items with the filtered Tag(s).

If you use the filter to limit your search results, the heading on the report table will match that used in the filter. In the above example, the filter is set to All.

The SOLD ITEMS by Id Codes tab, enables a breakdown showing the top 50 selling items by Id Codes. When you hover over a line in the graph, the corresponding data is displayed.

The chart show the top selling items by Id Codes for any dates used in the filtered ranges. When you hover over a line in the chart, the corresponding data is displayed.
There is also the ability to download your report to CSV (Comma Separated Value) file or Excel file by clicking the three dots to the right of the table titles.
The sold items by Id Code table shows the sales quantity and sum of those sales for the Id code for any ranges used in the filtered area. Use the arrow keys at the bottom of the table if you have a large quantity of data to move through the data.
There is also the ability to download your report to CSV (Comma Separated Value) file or Excel file by clicking the three dots to the right of the table titles.
The SOLD ITEMS - WEIGHTS tab, enables a breakdown showing the total weight per inventory category with the total number of items sold and total sales price per category. This is the weight the organisation are able to claim from their local council, as saving from landfill.

The REFUNDS tab, shows all refunds processed between the filter dates. You are also able to determine the tender type and reason for any refunds.

The overview of the organisations finance report details financial information relating to a location and specific till between the specified dates. The totals are broken down into totals for sales, refund, each tender type, cash withdrawals from the till and banked amounts. Any discrepancies are highlighted in the Variance column.

The CASH WITHDRAWALS tab, shows all amounts withdrawn from each till at a location between the filter dates.

The BANKING tab, shows all amounts banked and by whom for each location between the filter dates.

The SALES BY ACCOUNTING CODE tab, shows totals number of sales and quantity of sales processed against each accounting code for each location between the filter dates.

The LOCAL CASHING UP tab, shows any variance for each tender type for each location and till between the filter dates.

The ACTUALS tab, shows opening till float, tender totals and actual total for each till at each location between the filter dates.

The overview of the organisations stock and inventory report visually shows you in a pie chart format, the quantity of each item sold in each category. You can also see this quantity as a percentage of total items sold in the inventory category.

The STOCK tab, shows stock totals for each location in your organisation between the filter dates. There is also access to a breakdown of the stock details in the table below.

The Export Analytics reports allows you to see the Donors, Locations, Inventory Categotegories and Inventory Item used in your Organisations. The filters can be used to limit the results and the report findings can be exported to PDF or printed.
This section of reporting is only availabe if your Organisation has sent additional reporting up.
