Portal Login

To access the web portal, key in the URL provided into your web browser (Google Chrome being the preferred browser...) and the screen below will be displayed.

From this screen you will be able to enter the portal with the Charity Suite username and password you have been provided with. Select LOGIN from the top right of the screen, or the login button on the screen to move onto the next input screen.

Once the screen has refreshed, select SIGN IN WITH EMAIL... or if your organisation uses the Microsoft suite, select SIGN IN WITH MICROSOFT.

Key in the Email address you have been given and select NEXT...

Key in your password and press SIGN IN. Where the Email and Password are correct you will now be given access to the portal and the option to select the Charity. 

Where the credentials are incorrect, the message ‘The email and password you entered don’t match’, and you will need to re-key. If this does not work a second time contact your system administrator.

Once logged in you will be offered the Organisation(s) that your credentials allow you to access. To access the organisation, simply select the Charity or Enterprise.
