Scheduled Tasks

Scheduled Tasks are associated to Till Floats, Vans and Credit Accounts. A handy page has been put together to allow viewing of these tasks.  Please contact the Charity Suite support team who will assist you in setting up your scheduled tasks.

Scheduled tasks can run to top up monthly amounts against Credit Accounts automatically, or when till floats are open and closed or when vans are active for work each day are require forms to be completed before they can begin work. 

The form associated with the task will be setup, and the scheduled task will be run on the appointed date. The details captured by running the scheduled task are shown on the Declarations page.

Using the filters to reduce the results on the list page, scheduled tasks can be viewed to a finer level of detail.
