Financial Entries

Financial Entries are associated to Sales / Sale Items / Refunds / Refund Items,  all of which have a corresponding tab showing their financial entry details on this page. A handy page has been put together to allow viewing of these financial entries with links to the respective association.

The filters at the top of the page can be used to drill down to find the financial entry of interest.

Create Financial Entry

When creating a financial entry, the date field is a required field. The Links/References and Platform Data sections are optional. 

There are various types of financial entries:-

• Credit or Debit against a Credit account or platform fee

• Fee such as an Ebay fee

• Fee_Refund

• Other

• Tax

• Tax_Refund

Depending on the type of financial entry you are creating, certain fields could be entered, such as the RefundID if you are creating a type FEE_REFUND. The financial entry will link with the specific refund item as shown below.

View a Financial Entry

Using the filters to reduce the results on the list page, financial entries can be viewed to a finer level of detail.
